Position Overview:

The Technical Sales Consultant at Veza Digital is responsible for bridging the gap between the technical aspects of our products/services and the sales process. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise and Consultation:
    • Develop a thorough understanding of Veza Digital's products, services, and technical specifications.
    • Provide technical expertise and consultation to clients during the sales process.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and webinars to showcase solutions.

  1. Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
    • Address client queries and concerns related to technical aspects of the products/services.

  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Serve as a primary technical point of contact for clients during and after the sales process.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

  1. Product Development Feedback:
    • Collect and analyze client feedback to provide insights to the product development team.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure products meet client requirements and market demand.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to provide strategic input.

  1. Sales Strategy and Business Development:
