Position Overview:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Veza Digital is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential clients. The SDR will play a crucial role in expanding Veza Digital's client base and supporting the sales team by ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
    • Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target markets.
    • Utilize various channels (e.g., email, phone, social media) to reach out to prospects and initiate contact.
    • Develop and implement creative strategies to generate new leads and business opportunities.
    • Create lists for outbound marketing campaigns, emails, LinkedIn, cold calling, networking events, asking for introductions, etc. 


  1. Prospect Qualification:
    • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
    • Qualify leads based on established criteria and determine their potential fit for Veza Digital's solutions.
    • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.

  1. Sales Outreach:
    • Craft personalized and compelling outreach messages to capture the interest of potential clients.
    • Maintain a high volume of outbound communication, including cold calls and emails.
    • Follow up with leads in a timely and consistent manner to nurture relationships.

  1. Pipeline Management:
    • Track and manage leads using CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions.
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as the number of leads generated, contacted, and qualified.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

  1. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
