Position Overview:
Veza Digital is seeking a talented and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies that engage audiences, drive conversions, and maximize ROI for our clients. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automation to create compelling campaigns that deliver tangible results. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies that align with clients' business goals and objectives.
- Create compelling email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, drip campaigns, and automated workflows, tailored to different audience segments.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop engaging content, design email templates, and optimize campaign performance.
- Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning, scheduling, deployment, and tracking.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimization to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, such as deliverability, engagement, and revenue generated, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM regulations, and data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR).
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in email marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and technologies.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with email campaign planning, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
